Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits emphatically about the helpless condition of the petitioner having been tortured and resultantly killing her child. Learned Advocate for the State is present along with the case diary.

Considering the stage of proceeding and the nature of offence, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail at this moment.

Accordingly, the petitioner's bail prayer is rejected. Petitioner is granted liberty to approach the court at an appropriate stage with her fresh prayer for bail. The application for bail is, thus, disposed of. (Rai Chattopadhyay, J.) (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
