1. The matter could not be listed as one of members (Uday Kumar, J) of the Bench was not available. However, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, was present on the adjourned date. Today, he is also present in Court.

2. Affidavit of compliance filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor is taken on record. It appears that the order has been passed by the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission in view of our earlier order. Hence, there is a compliance of our order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to accept the transfer to any school within 15 to 20 kms. and a prayer may

be made to the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, in this regard.

4. The presence of the Chairman is dispensed with.

5. In view of the above, CPAN 863 of 2024 stands disposed of.

6. Mr. Jayanta Samanta, Jr. Govt. Adv and Mr. Parikshit Goswami, learned advocates, who appear on behalf of the State, shall be regularized.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
