Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He submits that the Aadhar Card and other details of the petitioner was improperly utilized for the purpose of operating a Bank Account. The petitioner is not connected with the crime.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner did not cooperate with the investigation. The petitioner did not respond to the notices under Section 41A of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to pandemic, the petitioner could not respond to the notices.

Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the involvement of the petitioner in the Bank Account concerned and the fact that the petitioner did not comply with the notices under Section 41A Cr.P.C, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, dismissed.
