I have perused the material on record.

The petitioners seek parity with the co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court on May 21, 2025.

Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the said fact.

Since the petitioners appear to be similarly circumstanced with the co-accused who have been granted anticipatory bail, they deserve the same benefit. Accordingly, in the event of arrest the petitioners (1) Rafikul Islam @ Rafikul, (2) Aminul Hoque @ Aminul

Haque, (3) Ansarul Hoque and (4) Saifuddin @ Saifuddin Alam be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and subject to provision under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. The petitioners shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
