1. The petitioner was granted bail by a coordinate Bench by an order dated June 17, 2023, inter alia, on the condition that he shall not enter the jurisdiction of Haridevpur Police Station except for the purpose of attending the court proceedings and shall meet the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a week within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing.
2. The petitioner now prays for waiver of the aforesaid two conditions of bail.
3. Learned State advocate files a report which is taken on record. It appears that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail. Hence, we are inclined to relax the condition requiring the petitioner to report to the Officerin-Charge of the concerned police station once in every week. Signed By :

It will be sufficient for him to report to such Officer-in-Charge once in a month.
4. However, insofar as the other condition restraining the petitioner from entering the jurisdiction of Haridevpur Police Station is concerned, we are not inclined to waive the same immediately.
5. The conditions of bail stand modified to the above extent.
6. The application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
8. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
