Mr. Kaushik Choudhury ...for the Petitioner Mr. Rana Mukherjee Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury ...for the State. Due to inadvertent mistake, in the order dated 13.08.2025 the number of the case inadvertently has been written as CRM (NDPS) 965 of 2025 in the cause title in place of CRM (NDPS) 695 of 2025.

Let this correction be incorporated in the cause title of the order dated 13.08.2025. Other portion of the order dated 13th August, 2025 shall remain unaltered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions submits that petitioner does not want to proceed further with the present application. In such view of the matter, CRM (NDPS) 695 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, duly applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
