Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been unnecessarily implicated in the instant case, out of personal grudge and vendetta. Learned Advocate further submits that she is willing to co-operate with the investigation.

Mr. Banerjee, learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the principal accused Abhisek Roy has also applied for anticipatory bail.

We have assessed the materials and we find that the said accused Abhisek Roy and the present accused Shrabanti Biswas do not stand on the same footing. They are completely differently associated with the present case.

Having considered the materials we are inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each. Petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the

West Bengal without the prior permission of the jurisdictional Court or the Investigating Officer of the case. Petitioner shall inform her place of residence to the Investigating Officer of the case and shall make herself available as and when called for. Petitioner shall appear and surrender before the learned ACMMI, Calcutta by 15th July, 2023. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

CRM (A) 2158 of 2023 is, thus disposed of.
