And In Re : Merajul Hoque ..... petitioner Mr. Kalidas Saha ... for the petitioner Ms. Anasuya Sinha Mr. Pinak Kumar Mitra ... for the State Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous documents show involvement of the petitioner in dealing in a large volume of fake Indian currency notes and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.
