Affidavits of compliance has been filed by the Block Development Officer, Salanpur Development Block and the In-charge of the Block Development Officer, Salanpur Development Block.

In the said affidavit, copy of the order dated 26th August, 2021 passed by the Executive Officer, Salanpur Panchayat Samity allegedly in compliance of the direction passed by the Court has been annexed. The petitioner appears to be aggrieved by the same.

It will be open for the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding to challenge the order passed by the alleged contemnor before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

There is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
