The grievance of the petitioner has been met. On the basis of the complaints filed by the petitioner and his wife, Assansol PS Case No.60 of 2021 dated February 10, 2021 was registered under Sections 341/323/324/325/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The investigation has been completed and Charge-sheet No.76 of 2021 dated February 28, 2021 has been filed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate court. With regard to the implementation of the order of status quo, this Court finds that the learned civil court had passed orders in Title Suit No.43 of 2021 directing the Officer-in-Charge, Assansol (South) Police Station to ensure implementation of the order of status quo.

The writ petition is disposed of without any further orders, save and except that the police authorities shall

ensure that the order of status quo passed in Title Suit No.43 of 2021 is implemented, if the same still subsists and both parties must maintain status quo.

This order is passed only for the purpose of disposal of the writ petition and the observations shall not have any effect on any other proceedings.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
