Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners being the brothers-in-law of the victim had no role to play in commission of suicide.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State has, however, raised strong objection in such submission and opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Heard the submissions.

Perused the materials before us in record and since it appears that the name of the petitioners have found place in the charge-sheet, without, however, specifically narrating their distinctive role in commission of the alleged crime. It is also found that investigation has already been completed. Those facts as stated above prompt us to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local. Petitioners are directed in this case to surrender before the jurisdictional Court

within four weeks. Till the petitioners surrender, they shall meet with the Investigating Officer once a week and/or when called for.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

CRM (A) 2163 of 2023 is, thus disposed of.
