1. The petitioner alleges violation of the direction passed in the order dated 17th July, 2023.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemnor intimating that the matter will appear in the list on 23rd April, 2026.

3. Pendency of the contempt application will not stand in the way of the alleged contemnor to comply the direction passed by the Court.
