29.06.2022 sdas rejected C.R.M. (DB) 2057 of 2022 In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Baishnabnagar Police Station Case No. 692 of 2021 dated 01.12.2021 under Sections 489(b)/489(c ) of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Rameswar Roy ..... petitioner Mr. Kazi Mokhasur Rahman ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowhdury Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ... for the State Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous documents show recovery of a large volume of fake Indian currency notes from the possession of petitioner. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage.
