Petitioner has challenged the quashing of the chargesheet dated 15-072022 which arose out of Entally P. S. Case No. 109 of 2022 dated 16-04-2022 under the relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code and the West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013. The said case is presently pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd court, Alipore being Special Case No. 19 of 2022.

Petitioner would be at liberty to canvass all the issues in the revisional application at the stage of Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.. No interference is made by this court at this stage. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2036 of 2024 is disposed of.
