Having heard the learned Advocates appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the gravity of the offence, the nature of injuries and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 5646 of 2021 is dismissed.
