........ petitioners Kazi M Rahman ...... for the petitioners Mr. M Sur Mr. D Paramanick ...... for the State Statements of witnesses including contemporaneous document i.e. seizure memo prima facie disclose recovery of 15 bottles of cough syrup containing codeine phosphate above commercial quantity from the possession of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid fact and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
