Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is desirous of preferring an appeal against the order of rejection of information passed by SPIO.

The writ petition is sought to be withdrawn for the aforesaid reason with liberty, however, to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of SPIO under the provisions of the Act of 2005.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty reserved to the petitioner as above.

There will be no order as to costs.
