The instruction dated 27.07.2025 as issued by the writ petitioner and as filed by Mr. Pal, learned advocate for the writ petitioner is taken on record.

Mr. Pal submits that leave may be granted to the writ petitioner to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action since a technical error occurred in filing the instant writ petition.

Leave as prayed for is hereby granted.

The instant writ petition being WPA 12644 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty is given to the writ petitioner to file similar such writ petition on the basis of self-same cause of action, if so advised.
