Pleader ......for the State The petitioner contends that he filed an application before the Land Acquisition Collector, Nadia, Krishnanagar, requesting the authority to supply certified copy of all orders and documents of LA Case No. 2 (R) 5657 in connection with plot nos. 153, 155, 157, 159 and 159/1392 of Mouza Dwip Chandrapur JL No. 12 PS Dhubulia District Nadia. The said documents have not been supplied to him till date by the authority.

The State-respondents submits that the petitioner ought to have applied before the appropriate authority for such documents in accordance with law.

Having heard the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the material on record, I dispose of the writ-petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply before the respondent no. 3 for supply of the documents as stated by the petitioner in the writ-petition, in accordance with law.

The State authority shall dispose of the petition for supply of such documents to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of such application.

The writ-petition being WPA 13441 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since the writ-petition is disposed of without calling for affidavits, the allegations made in the writpetition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied, be furnished to the parties on usual undertakings.
