Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition of the anticipatory bail granted on December 14, 2021 requiring the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once a week until further orders. There is no dispute that the petitioner complied with the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail on December 14, 2021.

The police filed charge-sheet.

Therefore, the conditions requiring the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders is waived. All other conditions of the order dated December 14, 2021 will remain the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
