Banerjee) Mr. Apurba Kumar Datta Mr. Kuntal Banerjee ... for the petitioner Mr. Pradip Kumar Roy ... for the State Learned advocate for the State, Mr. Roy, has submitted fairly that the matter of the petitioner has been sent to the Commissioner of School Education for payment of Rs. 78,000/- as has been verified by the District Inspector of Schools and he has submitted that four weeks time may be granted to the Commissioner of School Education so that the payment can be made. Considering such submission I direct the Commissioner of School Education to pay the petitioner within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The headmaster of the school is directed to intimate the petitioner for a meeting in the school premises by 22nd April, 2022 for deciding the benefit of ROPA 2019, if it is applicable to her.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
