None appears on behalf of the opposite parties. It appears that the present revisional application is preferred by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 2nd February, 2013 passed by the Learned Trial Court allowing the application filed under Order 9 Rule 13 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

The instant revisional application is pending since long from the year 2013 and accordingly there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with the present case. So, there is no option left but to dismiss the present revisional application.

Accordingly, revisional application being CO 1423 of 2013 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.

Let the LCR be returned to the court below immediately.
