Mr. Animesh Bhattacharyya Ms. Shreya Mukhopadhyay .....for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits on instructions that petitioner does not want to proceed with the present application and as such prayed for withdrawal of the same.

Let CRR 1669 of 2017 be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of disposal of the revisional application, the connected application, if any pending, is also disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioner to withdraw the amount lying deposited before Registrar General of this Court in terms of this Court's order dated 16.05.2017. Written instructions filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
