From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the July 22, 2025 has been fixed for filing reply by the opposite party No.3 in the complaint case.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, CO 2023 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rajarhat to make an endeavour to see that the Complaint Case No.CC/627/2022 is disposed of as

expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
