It appears from the documents handed over by the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors that the petitioner was directed to appear in a hearing on May 11, 2022. The petitioner duly appeared and made his submissions before the concerned authority. A reasoned order has been passed on the same date i.e. on May 11, 2022. Copy of the reasoned order has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner in Court today.

In view of the above, it appears that the order passed by this Court has duly been complied with. There is no requirement to proceed with the contempt application any further.

The contempt application stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the contemnors in accordance with law, if so advised.
