Perused the Case Diary.

It appears that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the private opposite party does not intend to proceed with the case against the petitioners as well as the other accused. The parties seek disposal of the proceeding in terms of the deed of settlement entered into by and between the parties on 19th January, 2023.

In view of the above, the revisional application, being CRR 2040 of 2024 is disposed of in terms of the deed of settlement dated 19th January, 2023.

G.R. case no. 642 of 2022 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas insofar as the petitioners are concerned is quashed.
