The petitioner herein filed this application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of criminal proceeding being complaint case AC No.

5480/2015 dated 1.10.2015 under Sections 448/506/323/324/430/427/394/34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Alipore. In spite of filing this application in the year 2017 no body represented the petitioner even on several occasions it indicates that the petitioner is no more interested in the instant case.

Accordingly CRR No. 1684 of 2017 is thus, dismissed for default. Consequently, CRAN 2 of 2017 (Old No. CRAN 4205 of 2017) is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, be vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.
