On 6th June, 2023 and 13th June, 2023, the matter was adjourned sou motu in absence of the petitioner or learned counsel representing the petitioner.

I am not inclined to adjourn the matter again taking into consideration the conduct of the petitioner which demonstrates his lack of interest to proceed with the matter. Let this application under consideration be dismissed for default with cost of Rs. 5,000/- C.P.

The application being CAN 1 of 2015 also stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent down to the learned trial court forthwith.
