We find from the order dated March 13, 2023 passed in CRM (DB) 892 of 2023 that there has been a direction to conclude the trial within five months from the next date fixed for recording of evidence.

Presumably, the said time period has still not been concluded.

Accordingly, the present application for bail being CRM (DB) 2169 of 2023 is dismissed.
