Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and would pray for liberty to file an appropriate application seeking extension of time to surrender in terms of the order of anticipatory bail passed earlier.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application seeking extension of time to surrender in terms of the order passed earlier.
