Affidavit of service filed in court by the learned advocate for the petitioner be kept with the record. The petitioner's case is that the fresh mark sheet with corrected marks obtained by him in the C. B. S. E. Examination is required to be given him which will give some advantage in respect of the counselling in the Joint Entrance Examination. I find from the document annexed to the writ petition that the candidate's merit rank is 1962 in Engineering and 1190 in Pharmacy and his category is General.

Learned advocate appearing for the Central Board of Secondary Education submits that fresh mark sheet would be issued to him tomorrow after adding the practical marks in Chemistry and after getting that marks the petitioner can use the same for his counselling in which he has already taken part.

According to the learned advocate for the West Bengal Joint Entrance Board, he will appear when he will be called by the Joint Entrance Examination Board against his registration in the first counselling. He will have the liberty to show the Joint Entrance Examination Board the fresh mark sheet to be issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education with his practical marks in Chemistry.

With the above observation this writ application is disposed of.
