1. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are similarly placed as the other accused who has been granted bail by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SPL (Crl.) No. 7689 of 2026.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. Having considered that the petitioners are similarly situated as the other accused, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail as they are in custody since 23.01.2025.

4. Accordingly, the petitioners, namely, Sk Haider @ Sk Mannan and Md Ishak Khan shall be released by the learned Trial Court

upon furnishing bonds as the learned Trial Court or the learned Special Court deems fit and proper.

5. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1311 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
