Inadvertent typographical error had crept into order dated 01.08.2023.

In the order dated 1st August, 2023 "CRA 352 of 2001" shall be read as "CRA 358 of 2001".

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 01.08.2023.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
