The appellant is not represented, nor any accommodation is prayed for. On earlier occasion, that is, on November 30, 2021, we made it clear that in the event the appellant remains unrepresented or the special messenger cost is not put in within the first available Tuesday after Christmas vacation, the appeal might be dismissed on the adjourned date. Having regard to the fact that in spite of several opportunities being given to the appellant to put in the special messenger cost, the appellant had failed to comply with the aforesaid direction thereby delaying the preparation of paper book and hearing of the appeal.

In view thereof, the appeal being F.A.T. 276 of 2017 stands dismissed.

In view of dismissal of the appeal, the connected applications being CAN 963 of 2018, CAN 964 of 2018 and CAN 1009 of 2019 also stand dismissed.
