1. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report which shows a serious injury on the scalp of the victim that required eight stitches and the statements of the injured victim and the independent witnesses, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
