Earlier when the revisional application was preferred before this court on 17th May, 2024, Mr. Ghatak, learned advocate for the petitioner undertook that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the jurisdictional court. Accordingly, on 20th May, 2024 petitioner has surrendered before the learned CJM, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur.

The case is of the year 2012. Petitioner has been evading the process of law definitely, but has complied with the undertaking given before this court. Accordingly, I direct the release of the petitioner on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rs Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dakshin Dinajpur at Balurghat.

If on bail, the petitioner shall meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Jadavpur Police Station once a week. The Officer-in-Charge, Jadavpur PS will give an acknowledgment regarding the presence of the petitioner and send a report to the learned ACJM, Balurghat once in every two months. In case the petitioner is absent on a particular week, the Officer-in-

Charge, Jadavpur PS will immediately inform to the learned CJM, Dakshin Dinajpur at Balurghat regarding the petitioner being absent. Under the said circumstances, the CJM, DD, Balurghat would issue harsher process of nonbailable warrant at the first instance. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2041 of 2024 is disposed of.

Certified copy of the order dated 20th May, 2024 so filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

The learned CJM, DD, Balurghat is directed to act on the server copy duly downloaded from the official website of this Court for the purposes of releasing the petitioner on bail.
