1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. It transpires from the report that, missing person and her child were recovered.

3. Missing person recorded her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, where she alleges that, she was assaulted at her matrimonial home.

4. In the event, no First Information Report was registered after such statement made by the missing person, police will proceed to do so immediately and continue with the investigation with regard to such First Information Report in right earnest.

5. In view of the missing person being recovered, we find no reason to continue to keep this Habeas Corpus Writ Petition pending.
