The police case is dated September 26, 2017. There is an issue of long absconsion.

Physical challenge of the petitioner is canvassed as ground for the long period of absence.

We are unimpressed by such contention. The physical disability, if there be any of the petitioner, cannot be utilized as a shield in the manner sought to be done. Petitioner no doubt was absconding all these time.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
