JUDGMENT

1. Affidavit of service filed by the learned advocate for the appellant is taken on record.

2. We have heard Mr. Sourav Kumar Mukherjee, learned advocate for the appellant and Mr. L.K. Gupta, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. After elaborately considering the submissions on either side, we find that there is no error in the order passed by the learned Single Bench. There

appears to be certain other reasons for which the writ petition was filed. Hence, we find no ground has been made out by the appellant to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench.

4. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.

5. No costs.
