Along with Mr. Samir Kr. Datta, Mr. Pradyat Saha, learned counsel, had also represented the Union of India on 22.05.2024. But, this was not reflected in the order sheet. Let the said order be corrected to the above effect. The order dated 22.05.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
