The grievance voiced on behalf of the writ petitioner in the present writ petition centers around joining of the writ petitioner in the post of nonteaching staff as recommended by the School Service Commission, pursuant to the appointment letter issued by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Today, during course of hearing it has been submitted on behalf of the writ petitioner that the petitioner has already joined the post.

In view of joining of the writ petitioner in the said post no order need be passed on this writ petition. Writ petition stands disposed of.

A copy of the joining report of the writ petitioner signed by the Teacher-in-Charge of the School in

question on 24th September, 2021 is filed in Court on behalf of the writ petitioner and is kept with the record.
