Petitioner has filed this writ petition for several reliefs including the relief of direction upon the appellate authority concerned under the WBGST Act for early disposal of the pending appeal in question, details of which appear from page 65 of the writ petition and that the said appeal was filed on 22nd November , 2019.

Mr. Siddiqui, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State respondents submits that he is not in a position to tell the Court about the present status of the said appeal and Mr. Choraria, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner on verification of the official portal, submits that no any final order is available in the said appeal.

Considering the submission of the parties this writ petition is disposed of by directing the appellate authority concerned to dispose of the appeal in question and pass a final order within two months from the date of communication of this order if the appeal has not been disposed of and if it is found from the record that the appeal has already been disposed of then the order should be communicated to the petitioner at once.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 12907 of 2023 stands disposed of.
