Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court, petitioner was allowed to appear in the interview. The selection process was initiated in the year 2007 and a panel prepared has already been expired.

Hence, I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has now become infructuous. In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
