The report submitted by ASI, Tufanganj Police Station, Cooch Behar dated 15th April, 2024 stated that the petitioner, namely, Manindra Kumar Das had expired on 17th August, 2020 along with a xerox copy of the death certificate and the report submitted by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tufanganj, Cooch Behar dated 21st March, 2024 be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and, accordingly, disposed of. Copy of this order be communicated to the department for due compliance.
