Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The innocuous prayer of the petitioner is for consideration of the representation submitted by her before the concerned authority on 29th September, 2016 for recording her name as lessee on the basis of the registered deed of transfer executed in her favour. It has been held by this Court in the order passed on 17th January, 2018 that the writ petitioner is entitled to have her representation considered and disposed of in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 29th September, 2016 within one month from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested persons including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereof. With the above observations the writ petition being WPA 14097 of 2017 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
