Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of receipt of the information on 13.05.2025 no steps have been taken. The genesis of the case related to luxury bus being handed over to the respondent no.5 for plying the same and the condition was to pay the EMIs for loan relating to the bus and an additional sum of Rs.5,000/- to the petitioner. However, after the said luxury bus was handed over the private respondent did not pay the amount of Rs.5,000/- . There were other disputes, consequently, the petitioner wanted return of the said luxury bus which was refused by the respondent no.5. Petitioner lodged a complaint to the police authorities and complains that no action has been taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Karaya P.S. Case no. 159 dated 15.06.2025 has been registered for investigation. Notice has been issued under Section 91 of the Cr.P.C. upon the petitioner. Petitioner would hand over the documents relating to the luxury bus to the investigating agency if not already submitted. The terms on which the bus was handed over to the respondent no.5 be also handed over which would be used in course of investigation. Since the investigation has already commenced and the case has been registered, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 12832 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
