With CRR 1618 of 2015 Sudipta Karmakar & Ors.
-vsState of West Bengal & Ors.
Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioners.
No accommodation sought for.
This instant case has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 seeking quashing of proceeding of GR Case No.3491 of 2015 corresponding to Baruipur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2015 dated 13.03.2015 under Sections 447/323/379/354B/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, 24-Parganas (South ) and GR Case No. 1610 of 2015 and GR Case No. 1614 of 2015 arising out of G.D.Entry No. 2034 dated 22.02.2015.
In spite of filing such application in the year 2015 nobody turned up on behalf the petitioners in spite of giving several opportunities. It indicates that the petitioners are no more interested in the instant case.
