The present revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for quashing of a proceeding being A.C. Case No.3508 of 2018 under Sections 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas and all other orders passed therein. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. ( Shampa Dutt (Paul), J. )
