Mr. Suman Chakraborty ....for the petitioners Mr. Suman De Mr. Mainak Gupta ....for the State Let a copy of the revisional application be served upon Mr. Suman De and Mr. Mainak Gupta, learned counsels, who ordinarily appear on behalf of the State. They are requested to represent the State in this case. Their engagement may be regularized in due course. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits as follows. The petitioners are accused in G.R. case no. 629 of 2019 arising out of Bhadreswar P.S. Case No. 178 dated 19.06.2019. The petitioners had obtained bail and were appearing before the learned trial court. However, they are residents of Bihar. On 24.04.2025 due to some unavoidable circumstances, they could not attend the Court and warrant of arrest was issued. The petitioners want to join the proceeding at the earliest.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the petitioners should surrender before the jurisdictional Court at the earliest.

It appears that commitment has not yet taken place. However, the petitioners want to join the proceeding.

In view of same and in the interest of justice, let the petitioners surrender before the learned jurisdictional Court within four weeks from this date. In the event they pray for bail upon such surrender, their application for bail shall be considered in accordance with law. The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners shall remain stayed for four weeks.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
