Basu ... for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of Money Suit (Com) No. 128 of 2024 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge. From the order-sheets appended to the revisional application this Court finds that 29th July, 2025 has been fixed for filing objections against the application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure and for hearing on the point of acceptance of the written statement as well as the hearing of two

applications dated 11th February, 2025 filed by the defendant.

C.O. 2025 of 2025 stands disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned Judge, Commercial Court at Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas shall make an endeavour to dispose of the application for acceptance of the written statement as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.
